Classes Description
Dance Mix:
Dancemix is a dynamic class where you get a taste of different kind of dance styles. For example types of dance style you will see is: Jazz, streetdance, contemporary etc. Not only the dance styles are different but also the music.
Ballet:
Ballet class is the foundation for training and focus on developing a solid technique with emphasis on understanding correct body placement, proper use of turn out, coordination of the upper body, and use of arms. In the beginning of class you start at the barre, learning basic steps and movements. As class progresses you will go to the centre and move across the floor and to finish with a reverence.
TODDLER DANCE
These classes are to stimulate coordination, listening, balance, music interpretation, creative movement and motor development in the youngest dancers. They will learn the first dance steps in a creative way true themed dance classes.
ZUMBA
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance. The routines are like an interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
WORK OUT
The work out class is a combination class. We use exercises of yoga, pilates, ballet and contemporary.
CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary is a style that combines elements of several dance genres like modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary strives to connect the mind and body through fluid dance movements.
Kids Yoga
Yoga for children is being taught in a fun way. Next to yoga poses and games we do songs, stories and meditation.
Pilates
Pilates is a physical method. We work on flexibility, strength, balance etc.
Bollywood
It’s a dynamic and expressive form of dance that combines elements of classical en folk dance forms as well as contemporary dance styles.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a physically demanding style of yoga. You follow a set of sequence of postures each time.
Point shoes
Point shoes is a part of classical ballet technique where we work on pointes. So the feet in special shoes.
